Body Frame Package

Upstate Super Replicars, Inc. is offering the Daytona Coupe/Roadster Cobra Replica for the first time in a Body Frame Package. This Body Frame Package will include the new chassis ready to bolt on the front and rear suspension with OPTIONAL Contemporary Watts Link hub carriers (purchased separately). A new Coil-over front suspension is available at time of purchase or at a later date. This Coil Over front suspension is the same one utilized on the Contemporary 427 S/C roadster and is a race proven option. The Coil Over front suspension pieces can be purchased directly from us. Call for current pricing. Motor mounts for a Big Block Ford FE or Small Block Ford (289, 302 or 351Windsor) are pre-welded, as well as the transmission mount for a Richmond Gear (Doug Nash) 5 or 6 speed tranny. For those wanting to use the venerable Ford 4 speed toploader transmission, an adapter plate can be utilized. The chassis comes with a standard 8 point roll cage, and an optional 10 point roll cage is offered for an additional cost of $950.00. The body will be in black gel coat, mounted to the chassis. Doors and nose clip will be hinged and latched. Windshield with AS1 safety glass is included, as well as rear decklid plexiglass.

Just like the real McCoy- including sliding plexi side windows, original style aluminum dash and instrumentation, and an interior fully paneled in aluminum. Original lights, plexi headlight and driving light covers, R model racing bucket seats, plexi quarter windor scoops, side exhaust, vented rear spoiler, cowl vents, safety glass windshield, plexi rear window, and original style FIA pin drive wheels with customer specified tire are factory fitted to all cars prior to shipment. All the purchaser needs provide is a Big Block Ford FE or Small Block (289, 302 or 351W) Ford V8, compatible transmission, and finish the paint. NOTE: see comparison description below.

Offered for those who would like a Streetable Daytona! This Daytona Replica will have the following options: air conditioning with heater /defroster, a GT style dashboard with center console using VDO gauges, leather bucket seats, headliner, and full Wilton Wool carpeting to finish off the interior in a true "World Class" style.

Rolling chassis complete with suspension, braking system, original FIA style pin drive knock-off wheels, and customer choice of tire.
Fiberglass body permanently mounted to rolling chassis complete with all structural fiberglass inner panels bonded in place, tubular steel interior 8 point roll cage installed, doors and bonnet hinged and latched.
Our provision and installation of: windshield glass, rear window plexiglass, plexiglass sliding door windows, lights (head, parking, tail and reversing), electrical system (wiring harness and battery), instrumentation (as original), dashboard switches, steering column with steering wheel hub, turn signal switch, original style aluminum instrument panel, aluminum paneling package that replicates the interior of the original coupe and covers all interior surfaces (exclusive of the underside of car roof). Panels will be temporarily installed using self tapping screws. Purchaser will replace screws with 1/8" pop rivets after the car has been painted. Original style scoops, rear spoiler, plexiglass headlight and driving light covers, cooling system (radiator, shrouding, upper and lower hoses), fuel system (steel tank, sender, electric pump and braided #6 AN line from tank to engine bay), 3 1/2" LeMans quick fill cap, filler neck and hose.
Engine, complete with all accessories and mounts.
Transmission, complete with mount, linkage, shifter, transmission yoke and driveshaft with universals.
Seat belts, emergency brake lever and assembly and supplemental interior upholstery.
Exterior body paint.
